Common Questions

What's a development sprint?

A sprint is roughly one week of focused development work. During each sprint, we tackle a prioritized set of features, integrations, or improvements. You'll have visibility into what's being worked on and can adjust priorities between sprints.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.

What if I need more than 4 sprints?

For larger engagements, we can discuss custom arrangements. Reach out and we'll design something that fits your needs.

How does cancellation work?

We require 30 days notice to cancel. You'll have full access until the end of your billing period. No long-term contracts or hidden fees.

What technologies do you work with?

We're flexible. For custom development, we primarily use Ruby on Rails, but we work with whatever makes sense for your stack. For low-code, we specialize in Monday.com, Make.com, Retool, and similar platforms.

Do unused sprints roll over?

No, sprints don't roll over month to month. However, we work closely with you to ensure every sprint delivers value. If you're consistently not using your allocation, we'll discuss adjusting your plan.
